Santoku
Santoku is the Japanese version of an all-round knife, it is fantastic for chopping, slicing and slicing meat, fish and vegetables. The Santoku knife is easy to recognize by the "nose" that the knife has, it is the one that many people prefer to keep their hand on when, for example, chopping vegetables.
