Ironing steel
A good knife should be maintained with a good ceramic ironing steel. This ensures that the knife stays sharp for a longer time and therefore does not need to be sharpened as often. If you use your ironing steel correctly, you can get a lot out of your knife.
In our range, we have primarily chosen to carry ceramic ironing steels. We have done this because with the ceramic you ensure that the material of the ironing steel is significantly harder than even the steel in the very best knives.
