Do you want to master the art of sharpening knives? At Foodgear, we offer personal grinding courses on a day and time that suits you. The course lasts two hours and is held in our store in Torvehallerne, Copenhagen .

You are welcome to bring your own knives and sharpening equipment, but we also provide our professional equipment.

Maintenance & use

Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.

Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
