For years, we, and our customers, have been asking for an ironing steel that is both pleasing to the eye and hard enough to sharpen knives of the highest quality or the hardest steel if you want - and that without breaking, even if it takes a trip on the floor. The carpenter Janus from the company Noyer, with whom we have a close collaboration in Foodgear - has now created these beauties for us.
The iron is made of ceramic with an aluminum core, so that it does not break if dropped or similar.

Janus shapes the shaft from American walnut wood - each iron has its own unique appearance. The leather cord makes it easy to hang up the iron - so it is always within reach and is therefore used more frequently.
