Khii Studios, a renowned woodworking shop located in Wakayama, Japan, is known for their exceptional craftsmanship and quality. For many years they have produced handles for Konosuke's knives, which are renowned for their perfect fit and finish. This handle, adorned with Konosuke's kanji '幸之祐' at the base, is a testament to their dedication to quality and aesthetics.
The handle is made from luxurious ebony with an elegant laurel ferrule. The 8-pointed (WA) design is slightly narrower than traditional WA handles, providing a unique and comfortable grip. This handle is ideal for 210mm Gyuto, 240mm Gyuto, 270mm Yanagiba and 270mm Sujihiki, making it a perfect choice for professional chefs and food enthusiasts alike.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
