With steak knives from Laguiole en Aubrac you get the absolute pinnacle of fine cutlery. Every steak knife is handmade with fine natural materials from around the world – from various types of horn from locally raised livestock in southern France, to virtually any wood species from across the globe.
The steak knives are made with quality as the cornerstone. The blade steel is Swedish 12C27, sharpened to a clean edge that can be resharpened and will last for years. The steel is the same across all models, while the handles vary considerably. Which model you prefer – or whether you would like to mix a set – is entirely up to you. For gifting, we recommend the classic models in point de corne or ebony. For something with more character, zebrano and thuja are excellent choices.
