Yu Kurosaki is a relatively young forge that has taken the knife world by storm over the past few years. He has a workshop in the famous Takefu Knife Village, which can be called a "knife collective", where a lot of incredibly skilled blacksmiths and sharpeners live.
The incredibly skilled forge is known for its extremely beautiful and functional knives. He is particularly known for his Tsuchime finish, which can be found on, among other things, his, senko, fujin & rajin series.
These Fujin VG-10 knives are all hand forged and finished with his signature tsuchime finish on the top of the blade, and a damascus cladding further down towards the blade.
The knife here is a petty of 150mm, and is a smaller all-around knife that can be used for trimming meat, smaller vegetables and fruit
