The Yamato 'Oboro' 210mm Gyuto is an exceptional chef's knife that combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern design. Produced in Sakai, Japan, this knife is crafted with a core of White #2 carbon steel, encased in soft iron, ensuring a sharpness and durability that is hard to match. The unique grind provides an incredible cutting experience, while the flat grind from the back to the edge makes it ideal for precision work in the kitchen. With a height of 50mm from the heel, the knife offers plenty of space to work with both meat, fish and vegetables.
