Wasabi Black is the entry-level series in the range of kitchen knives from KAI. Here, the focus is primarily on functionality and value-for-money. You get a knife with excellent cutting properties at a reasonable price.
The knife here is a smaller chef's knife of 15 cm. Use it to chop and slice meat and (smaller) vegetables.
Like the knives in the more expensive series from KAI, the knife has a relatively thin blade, which contributes to good cutting properties - as well as a low weight.

The knife must never be washed in a dishwasher, must not cut into hard objects such as bones, cartilage, bones and frozen objects as well as hard cheeses. Remember that it is a property of thin, hard metal that it can break.
