A very pointed boning made after the Japanese gokujo shape. It is especially good for chicken and other poultry, as you can get into all the nooks and crannies with the tip. Just remember that this is a knife and not an axe, so the knife cannot withstand you trying to cut legs or similar. However, separating the meat from the bones is no problem.
