Nigara Hamono, a renowned smithy from the Aomori region of Japan, proudly presents the K-Tip Nakiri 180mm SG2. This knife is the result of master smith Go Yoshizawa's innovative approach to craftsmanship, where he constantly explores new methods. The K-Tip Nakiri is designed to be a versatile all-rounder in the kitchen, perfect for cutting, chopping and preparing meat, fish and vegetables alike. With a core of SG2 steel hardened to 63-64 HRC and a stainless cladding, this knife offers both durability and sharpness. The unique kurouchi finish and eye-catching tsuchime on the blade add an aesthetic element that makes it a feast for the eyes.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
