This knife is the result of master smith Go Yoshizawa's innovative approach to craftsmanship, where he constantly explores new methods. The K-Tip Nakiri is designed to be a versatile all-rounder in the kitchen, perfect for cutting, chopping and preparing meat, fish and vegetables alike. With a core of SG2 steel hardened to 63-64 HRC and a stainless cladding, this knife offers both durability and sharpness.
