Nenohi is the forge behind Nenox, which is an exclusive forge whose knives are sold in five places in the world with us as the only dealer in Europe.
This Nenohi Wide Petty is a utility knife with a relatively high blade, which makes the knife a sort of middle ground between a normal utility knife and a short chef's knife. It is a combination that is particularly suitable if you want a knife for the slightly finer tasks such as trimming meat and cutting fruit and vegetables, but which can also in some cases be used for chopping smaller items - especially herbs.
A wooden saya is included for storing the knife.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
