The Ceramic Adjustable Mandoline from Kyocera is the ideal tool for any cooking task. With a blade width of 80 mm and adjustable heights of 0.5, 1.3, 2 and 3 mm, you can easily adjust the slices to your needs. This mandoline is not only lightweight and easy to handle, but it is also dishwasher safe and comes with a practical hand guard for extra safety.
Kyocera's patented Zirconia206® ceramic ensures that the blade stays sharp for more than ten times longer than traditional steel knives. In addition, the ceramic is rust-free, making this mandoline slicer maintenance-free. Weighing only half the weight of a regular mandoline, it is easy to store and use. The ceramic does not impart any metallic taste or odor to the food, ensuring that your dishes remain fresh and tasty.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
