Kai has created another masterpiece with the Shun Nagara Series.
This series is a bit atypical in that it is made of 72 layers of damascus which consists of VG2 and VG10 steel. Normally a knife would have a core steel and two layers of mild stainless on the outside. But in this case it is a layer of steel which is made in several layers. This gives the knives from this series a completely unique look that you don't see often! The cutting ability is, as always, top notch, and with its unique ergonomic handle, they also lie well in the hand.

The knife must never be washed in a dishwasher, must not cut into hard objects such as bones, cartilage, bones and frozen objects as well as hard cheeses. Remember that it is a property of thin, hard metal that it can break.
