You may already know the fantastic T-peeler from KAI Shun, and here it is in an even wider version.
This T-peeler has a blade width of 7.5 cm, which makes it ideal for peeling especially larger vegetables and root vegetables.
The peeler is also equipped with a small eye that makes it easy to remove small impurities in the item to be peeled.
In addition, a julienne blade is also included, which you can replace with the regular blade.
The T-peel here is made of stainless steel, and the blade is made of the particularly hard VG-10 steel. However, we advise against washing it in the dishwasher, as it dulls the shine.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
