This 210mm Gyuto knife is a masterpiece that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern design. With a core of White #1 (Shirogami) steel, surrounded by two layers of stainless steel, this knife offers exceptional sharpness and durability. The blade will patina over time, giving it a unique character, while it can be easily sharpened to maintain its sharpness. The handle, made of chestnut wood from Khii Studios, is both beautiful and ergonomic, ensuring a comfortable user experience.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
