The oyster knives from Laguiole en Aubrac are something very special, they are functional and at the same time incredibly beautiful. The steak knives, oyster knives and the other fantastic products from Laguiole en Aubrac are made just outside the town of Laguiole in the south of France. Folding knives, steak knives and later corkscrews and oyster knives have been made here since the 19th century.
