Custom is our own interpretation of some of the absolute best knives from our various blacksmiths. These are typically special handles in the finest materials you can possibly find, which we create ourselves in our own workshop.

However, it can also be small modifications to the blades, special polishing or other things that make you get a knife in an absolutely special class.
