Handmade Leather Saya from the retired leather craftsman, Ole Rudegaard. Since he is retired, it is a little extra thing he goes and enjoys when he has time and receives orders.
They come in high-quality leather on the outside with magnetic plastic on the inside, so it sits securely on the knife and you won't cut into the leather when the knife is inserted. There is a narrow strip of leather at the bottom to be as gentle as possible, against the edge of the knife during transport.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
