Description & specifications
The MAC Chef 200 mm Chef's Knife is a versatile and precision-oriented chef's knife designed for both professional chefs and home cooks. With an 8-inch blade and integrated dimples, friction is reduced during cutting, resulting in faster, more precise cuts and less food sticking to the blade. The knife is forged in Sakai, Japan, and hand-sharpened to ensure consistent, long-lasting sharpness thanks to the high carbon content of the steel.
