Description & specifications
After receiving the Red Dot Design Award 2013, the Seki Magoroku Composite Series is a symbol of KAI's modern design expertise.
The composite blade consists of two different types of steel that are laminated with copper. This creates a beautiful copper thread that runs down through the blade of the knife. The resulting appearance is impressive and makes the blade a highlight of high-tech engineering. In combination with the light wooden handle, the series appears futuristic, light, and sophisticated. In addition, the VG10 steel ensures ultimate sharpness and extraordinary overall performance.

Foodgear always advises against cutting any form of bones and frozen goods. Knives should not be washed in the dishwasher, as this removes sharpness and provokes rust attacks - even in stainless alloys!
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
