Description & specifications
The coarse diamond grinding disc is three times more aggressive than the HORL diamond standard and therefore more abrasive. It is suitable for quick grinding of especially dull knives or for correcting blades with chips. When used for the first time, some excess diamond particles may flake off, but the coarse diamond grinding disc will then achieve the surface it will retain afterwards. When used correctly, it should never need to be replaced.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
