The HORL 3 Diamond - Coarse is the ideal solution for quick and efficient sharpening of your knives. This coarse diamond sharpening disc is three times more aggressive than HORL's standard diamond, which makes it perfect for reviving dull knives or repairing chipped blades. Some excess diamond particles may come off during the first use, but this is completely normal. After the initial use, the disc reaches an optimal surface, which it will keep with correct use. With the right care and use, this sharpening disc will never need replacing, making it a long-lasting investment in your kitchen tools.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
