Description & specifications
Yu Kurosaki is a relatively young smith who has taken the knife world by storm in recent years. This incredibly skilled smith is known for his extremely beautiful and functional knives. He is particularly known for the Tsuchime finish found on his Senko series, among others.
The knife must never be washed in a dishwasher, and must not cut through hard items such as bones, cartilage, frozen items, or hard cheeses. Remember that it is a characteristic of thin, hard metal that it can break.
