Suncraft Adjustable Mandoline

With three interchangeable blades – one for regular slicing and two for julienne (2 mm and 6 mm) – and an adjustable dial on the back, you can easily set the slice thickness in 15 steps from 0.4 mm to 6 mm , giving you full control for everything from ultra-thin potato chips to sturdy vegetable sticks.
The slicer is made of sharp, AUS-8 Japanese steel , just like Suncraft's famous chef's knives. Blades are easy to change and set at an optimal angle , ensuring smooth and consistent cuts without snagging.
Ease of use is top notch: A large, ergonomically designed safety handle protects your fingers and holds even large or slippery ingredients firmly – ideal for use above a cutting board or directly in the bowl.
The mandoline grater has non-slip feet and metal support legs , which provide a stable working position. Once the blades are removed, the main unit is dishwasher safe – but we always recommend hand washing to maintain the sharpness of the blades.
Please note: Blades should never be put in the dishwasher – we always recommend washing them by hand.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
