Sieve Ø25 cm with fine 16-mesh netting
Suncraft weaves the sieve from a heavier gauge wire than usual and tightens the mesh to 16 mesh — fine enough to hold rice and berries, yet still open enough for water to drain quickly.
The construction is what matters most: the sieve is formed in one seamless piece. There is no weld where food residue and water can lodge — and that is exactly where ordinary sieves tend to turn unhygienic. The steel is 18-8 stainless, and the sieve nests into the bowls in the series.
The big one for pasta for a crowd or rinsing large amounts of greens.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
