The Kai Magoroku Shoso series is a fully stainless knife series with an elegant and stylish appearance.
They are made in a layer of 5CR15MoV, which makes these knives both super sharp, but at the same time robust. They are therefore super suitable for both the professional kitchen and at home.
The ergonomic handle has a special diamond pattern, which provides a fantastic grip, and at the same time a super beautiful transition to the beautiful polished blade.
The knives are made of 100% stainless steel, which makes them both easy to maintain, but also super hygienic
This knife is a Nakiri. This one is 16.5 cm and it is used mainly for vegetables.

The knife must never be washed in a dishwasher, must not cut into hard objects such as bones, cartilage, bones and frozen objects as well as hard cheeses. Remember that it is a property of thin, hard metal that it can break.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
