Noyer cutting board - large, with juice groove

This cutting board is manufactured based on the structure of the individual piece of wood, and therefore no two cutting boards are alike. The cutting board has eight edges, and the shape of the board is determined solely on the basis of the structure of the wood.

The edges are oppositely angled and are at a 45 degree angle.

The sharp edges provide an intelligent counterpoint to the gentle expression of the wood. The asymmetrical design of the board also provides an aesthetic dimension.

Each board varies in shape and expression. The board also comes with a corian holder and fresh linseed oil for the board.
