Khii Studios, a renowned woodworking workshop in Wakayama, Japan, is known for its exceptional craftsmanship. Besides making beautiful furniture, they have for many years produced handles for Konosuke's knives, known for their excellent quality and finish. This small ebony handle is no exception. With an elegant 8-sided (WA) shape, it offers a unique and comfortable grip and fits 150mm Petty, 170mm Santoku and Honesuki knives perfectly. Each handle is adorned with an engraving of Konosuke's kanji '幸之祐', which adds a personal touch.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
