The Khii Studios x Konosuke Ebony/Laurel Handle - Small is an exclusive handle that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Created by renowned woodworking shop Khii Studios in Wakayama, Japan, this handle is not only a feast for the eyes, but also a pleasure to work with. With a perfect fit and finish characteristic of Konosuke's products, this handle is engraved with the kanji '幸之祐' at the base, adding a unique touch. It is ideal for 150mm Petty, 170mm Santoku or Honesuki knives, making it a must-have for any chef.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
