Khii Studios is a small joinery located in Wakayama, Japan. They primarily make furniture, but for many years have also produced the handles you find on Konosuke's knives. This stock is made of walnut. It is octagonal (WA) and is a bit narrower than other classic WA shafts you may be used to. We think the stock is best suited for 210mm Gyuto/240mm Gyuto/270mm Yanagiba
