Moribashi chopsticks have been used for several hundred years in Japan for arranging sushi, sashimi, and other dishes that require precision in the kitchen.
They are well-balanced and will make it easier for you to arrange detailed and beautiful dishes.
These Moribashi from Hatsukokoro are made of stainless steel with ebony handles, accompanied by an ebony saya and a beautifully decorated cloth bag.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
