These handles are produced by Parker Asahi, which is known for their cutting boards.
They are made of the same material as their cutting boards, and are therefore very durable. These handles weigh quite a bit, and are therefore good for people who like their knives a little heavier, or if you want to change the balance of the knife.
Size medium fits knives in the 180-210mm size.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
