To maintain the sharpness of the knife and prevent rust, it is recommended to avoid the dishwasher and wash the knife by hand instead. Do not cut into bones or frozen products as this may damage the knife blade. Store the knife in a dry place and use a knife block or magnetic holder to protect the blade.
