To maintain the sharpness of the knife and prevent rust, it is recommended to avoid the dishwasher and wash the knife by hand instead. Do not cut into bones or frozen products as this may damage the knife blade. Store the knife in a dry place and use a knife block or magnetic holder to protect the blade.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
