How do you ship my items?

We send your goods with GLS to either your address. if you buy as a company, or via GLS Pakkeshop if you buy as a private individual. This gives you the opportunity, if you are not at home, to pick up your package in one of the over 1000 Parcel Shops all over Denmark. All Parcel Shops have long opening hours and you will receive an email and SMS when it arrives.

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes, you can buy gift cards to use both here on the site and in our shop in Torvehallerne Kbh. You buy them here

How do I use my gift card?

When you shop here on the website, you enter the code you receive per email when you have bought the gift card, if you want to shop in our store in Torvehallerne KBH, you must bring the gift card physically.

How do I maintain my kitchen knives?

You best maintain your knives by using an ironing steel or a fine whetstone. Most people will use an ironing steel for maintenance and about once a year hand in the knife for sharpening at Torvehallerne Kbh or send it to us.
