A sharpening set that contains everything you need. The box is filled with water so you can soak your stones if needed. A cedar sink bridge that keeps the sharpening stone stable, a non-slip mat at the bottom of the box that also acts as a flattening stone to keep your stones flat, a #1000 sharpening stone - which is a good all-around stone - & a rust eraser.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
