Torvehallerne is 10 years old, and it has been celebrated with a lot of good events, food, wine and parties. For this wonderful occasion, the very talented Magnus Sonne, in collaboration with Torvehallerne KBH, has a formidable cookbook.

The cookbook contains lovely recipes, with delicious ingredients from all the places on the square. There is also some professional literature to be found as well as history of the Torvehallerne.
