The knives in this series are made in collaboration between KAI Shun and the French chef Michel Bras. Each knife is balanced for its task and each knife is wrapped in handmade Japanese paper upon receipt. A sharpening guide and magnetic sheath are included for each knife, each knife has a number, the same number has the sheath.
The Michel Bras series is the pinnacle of KAI knives, and used by many of the country's very best chefs!
