The Honesuki is a Japanese type of boning knife primarily used for poultry. This type has also gained popularity in many Western kitchens over the years and is now widely used by many chefs, cooking enthusiasts, and amateur cooks around the world.

The knife is primarily sharpened for right-handed use, although it does not resemble the more traditional single-bevel knives.

Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
