Description & specifications
It's time for Kai's annual anniversary knife once again. This time we get a beautiful example of a knife that belongs to their Premier series. A 255mm sujihiki with a 'Tanto' tip. The steel is, as we know, Kai's own VG-MAX at the core, clad with 65-layer stainless steel on each side, and their iconic, polished tsuchime finish on the top of the blade.
