This Gyuto knife is built with a core of Shirogami #2 steel, surrounded by soft iron, providing a perfect balance between sharpness and durability.
The beautiful grinding and finishing by Tadataka-san ensures excellent cutting performance, while the rustic kurouchi finish on the top of the blade and the handmade kasumi finish in the middle add a unique aesthetic touch.
